Lawlor phone appeal adjourned

The Flood Tribunal has adjourned an application by Liam Lawlor's legal team in relation to seized mobile phones until tomorrow.

In a separate development, Justice Flood is threatening to issue legal proceedings against newspapers if they publish confidential material from the Tribunal.
