Icon Centre to close
The flagship Icon centre in Dublin's Leopardstown racecourse is to close with the loss of 49 full-time and 15 part-time jobs.
The operators of the tourist attraction say it did not achieve visitor targets and failed to attract tourists out of Dublin city centre.
Baileys, who operate the centre, said there was potential for a licensed trade operator to serve the growing residential and business community in the area.
The Icon centre will close at the end of the month.
