The Special Criminal Court has ordered the prosecution in the murder trial of John Gilligan to give Gilligan's Lawyers 48 hours notice of any key witnesses to take the stand.

The Special Criminal Court has ordered the prosecution in the murder trial of John Gilligan to give Gilligan's Lawyers 48 hours notice of any key witnesses to take the stand.

The ruling came as protected witness John Dunne was due to take the stand.
