A man is seriously ill in hospital after he was found with stab wounds in North Belfast this morning.

A man is seriously ill in hospital after he was found with stab wounds in North Belfast this morning.

The 42-year-old was found at the junction of Mount Collyer Street and North Queen Street shortly after 12.30am.
