DNA results due on 14-year-old Ana Kriegel’s murder

DNA results, due this week, could provide a major breakthrough in the investigation into the brutal murder of teenager Anastesia Kriegel.

Anastesia, known as Ana, was found naked and with fatal injuries to her head, at a derelict farmhouse adjoining St Catherine’s Park in Lucan, West Dublin, at lunchtime last Thurday.

Gardaí removed a number of blood-stained implements, including bricks and pieces of wood, from the scene.
