Case against Nama official accused of information leak adjourned

A Judge has granted the State more time to complete a book of evidence for the trial of a former Nama official accused of leaking confidential information.

Paul Pugh, aged 56, who has an address at Clontarf Road, in Dublin has been charged under section 7 of the 2009 National Assets Management Agency (Nama) Act.

His charge states that on or about June 6 in 2012, at a location within the State he intentionally disclosed by email confidential information relating to McCabe Builders (UK) limited to a named individual at investment firm Connaught and Whitehall Capital UK Ltd.
