Teen spat in face of Subway worker

A teen spat into the face of man working at a Subway sandwich outlet when he and others were told to move away from the premises.

The teen’s solicitor asked the judge at Cork District Court yesterday to remand the accused in custody.

Solicitor Frank Buttimer for Volodymyr Reyterovych, aged 19, said: “I would be very, very concerned about him. Harm is a major, major, immediate concern. He is at high risk.”
