Gerry Adams launches Mary Lou McDonald’s general election campaign

Sinn Féin president Gerry Adams launched vice-present Mary Lou McDonald’s general election campaign last night.

Deputy First Minister of the Stormont Assembly Martin McGuinness also attended, emphasising the all-island ethos of the party.

Speaking to a large crowd in the Gresham Hotel, Mr Adams said hospitals and health care would be a major issue which Sinn Féin would deliver on if elected.
