VIDEO: Lyon lights up the names of Paris terror victims

The people of Lyon did what they always do on December 8th and lit candles and put them on their windowsills and in public places.

Normally it is to celebrate the Festival of Light, but this year everything was different.

Instead of the world famous event, which was cancelled for security reasons, the French city paid tribute to the 130 victims of last month’s Paris attacks.
