Sinn Féin aims to tax rich to fund affordable homes
The party has promised to build 36,500 social houses within six years and 100,000 units in the next 15 years under its housing plans.
The Better4Housing plan would require €2.2bn capital investment between 2017 and 2021 which the party have claimed would be available if promised tax cuts and tax breaks to “people who don’t need it” are stopped.
