The hastily arranged meeting was agreed yesterday over a growing belief among inquiry members its draft report has too many inaccuracies and evidence gaps to allow them to sign-off on its findings.

The crisis situation emerged after the 11 TDs and senators sitting on the panel for almost a year were given access to a 700-page draft report into their investigation at the start of this week.
