Tidy Towns 2015: Killarney and Dublin make Trivago list

Killarney, Co Kerry, has been featured on a list of the world’s top 100 best-value destinations for tourists in 2016. Dublin has made the cut among the most affordable cities worldwide.

With a score of 89.41, Killarney came 100th in the Best Value Destination Index for 2016 by hotel comparison site Trivago.

The index combines hotel price data with aggregated user reviews and ratings, resulting in a list of 100 destinations where the hotels are described as affordable and highly rated.
