Gardaí investigating the disappearance of Ciara Breen are today conducting a search of lands in the Dundalk area. Superintendent Gerry Curley is to brief the media at Dundalk Garda Station at 2pm today.

Three men have been arrested by detectives investigating the murder of former IRA man Kevin McGuigan. Suspects aged 41, 44 and 53 were detained today in the Greater Belfast area, the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said.

Renua Ireland is hitting out at Fianna Fáil over claims the newer party has been ’ripping off’ policy documents. Fianna Fáil yesterday drew comparisons between the two groups’ documents on both public procurement and smal-and-medium enterprises.
