63% of motorists see others texting while driving

Over half of drivers regularly see other motorists texting while driving and one in four see this dangerous behaviour every day, it has emerged.

Sending a text message while driving in one of the most dangerous things any motorist can do, but an AA survey shows its happening much too often.

According to the Road Safety Authority, drivers who send messages while driving spend up to 400% more time with their eyes off the road.
