No need for same sex marriage poll in Australia

The Australian Monarchist League has recently made two submissions.

One is to the Joint Select Committee on Constitutional Recognition of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples, at the request of that committee, and the other to the Australian Government’s Department of Immigration and Border Protection.

With regard to the matter of same-sex marriage, the League has had no position on this as it has always hitherto been a matter for the Parliament to rule on.
