Man danced on takeaway counter and hit customer

A 24-year-old earning up to £800 (€1,120) a week tax-free danced on a takeaway food café counter and then attacked a customer.

Dungloe District Court heard yesterday that Shaun O’Donnell, who works in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, was dancing on April 14 on top of the 4 Lanterns counter in Main St, Letterkenny.

Sgt Joe Kealy told the court that when customer Joe McCarron asked O’Donnell to get down he did but he then carried out an attack.
