Revenue chasing 63 over wealthy tax exiles levy

Revenue has confirmed it is pursuing 63 individuals for not paying a €200,000 levy targeted at wealthy tax exiles.

A special investigation has been opened up by Revenue which yesterday admitted there were 93 open cases of non-payment relating to 63 individuals.

Fianna Fáil leader Micheál Martin said it was “unacceptable” that some people had not paid the levy.
