UCC and Irish Examiner team up to host live Leaving Cert Q&A
The sessions - which will be hosted on irishexaminer.com and ucc.ie from 3 - 4pm on both days - are aimed at students who have questions following the release of their Leaving Cert results and who, in particular, may have made applications to UCC.
The Irish Examiner will highlight the event and the direct link to the Q&A on our various social media pages over the next few days so don't forget to follow us on Twitter or Facebook to get regular updates.
The expert team will also be able to offer general guidance and advice to students as they wait for offers which will be issued by the CAO on Monday, August 18.
The expert UCC panel will include:
- Danielle Byrne, Admissions Office
- Loretta Brady, College of Arts, Celtic Studies & Social Sciences
- Anne Wallace, College of Business & Law
- Kate O'Brien, College of Science, Engineering & Food Science
- Mags Arnold, College of Medicine & Health
UCC and the Irish Examiner will also partner on two further sessions on Monday August 18 (10- 11am and 3 - 4pm) called ‘I’ve got my offer – what next?’ which will include the above experts as well as representatives from the UCC Students’ Union and Fees Office.
