This is not a drill: Chaos online as Facebook stops working

Chaos, panic, disorder... Facebook fans turned to rival social network Twitter to express their fears that the old reliable may have gone the way of Bebo.

We're sure nothing drastic happened to the world's favourite cat video-watching, photo-sharing, virtual farm-playing website, but some people weren't as confident.
