‘Six months of CCTV’ available to murder trial

The Central Criminal Court has heard there is six months of CCTV footage in the case of murder accused Graham Dwyer.

Mr Dwyer, a south Dublin architect who is originally from Bandon in Cork, is charged with murdering Dublin childcare worker Elaine O’Hara, 37, in Co Dublin on August 22, 2012.

Yesterday, Ronan Kennedy, BL, defending, made an application for a second junior counsel to be assigned to the case.
