Grand design: Team carves huge maze into maize field

It’s going to be amazing. Work has started on one of the largest maize mazes in the country.

A team armed with GPS devices and cutting equipment moved in to a field in West Cork yesterday to carve a huge maze into an eight-acre field of corn maize.

And at its heart will be a giant logo for Cork’s RedFM radio station.
