Jedward to surprise terminally ill twins

Identical twins George and Isaac Naughton who have a terminal illness have a major surprise in store when they celebrate their fourth today.

Jedward, their favourite pop stars, will join them for a parade through their home town, Roscommon.

The twins’ older brother, eight-year-old Archie who also has the terminal illness, will also join a special Orange Day festival for the birthday.
