FF’s McGrath shocked as Facebook account hacked

A leading Fianna Fáil politician has claimed to be the latest victim of online hacking after his Facebook account was used to express a preference for a site featuring scantily clad women.

Party finance spokesman Michael McGrath yesterday said he had deactivated his official Facebook account after it was hacked by someone and used to express a “like” for a Facebook account titled MILF of the Day.

“It was brought to my attention on Saturday afternoon. I know nothing about it. I immediately disabled my account and I will get to the bottom of how this happened,” said the Cork South-Central TD.
