Farmer banned from talking to brother

A farmer has been banned from talking to his own brother for three years.

He has also been banned from watching his brother and his family, or interfering with visitors to his brother’s house.

The Co Donegal farmer appeared at Letterkenny Circuit Court yesterday in relation to a row over land.
