Children ‘vulnerable’ as Facebook changes rules

Facebook’s relaxed new photo rules have left teenagers vulnerable to predator adults, Fianna Fáil’s children’s spokesperson has warned.

Robert Troy urged the web giant to think again after it moved to allow users aged 13 to 17 to post pictures publicly for the first time.

Previously, the age group had been limited to sharing such photographs with their online friends.
