Tiernan laughing all the way to bank with €515k profits

Funnyman Tommy Tiernan is laughing all the way to the bank with accumulated profits from his two firms topping €515,000.

DVD sales and sell-out gigs across the world last year resulted in accumulated profits at his two entertainment firms increasing to €517,101.

Tiernan has long been one of Ireland’s most popular — and controversial — comedians and new accounts show that combined cash at the firms at the end of last year totalled €256,640. The accumulated profits at the two firms increased from €489,492 to €517,101 last year — an overall increase of €27,609.
