Sick staff coming to work ‘lessens productivity’

Almost one third of employers say staff are coming to work sick even though it is having a negative impact on productivity and morale in the workplace.

The figure emerged from a survey of 350 business managers and owners and 463 employees by Aviva Health.

The respondents were asked about health in the workplace and how it was being impacted by increased pressures.
