Quinn to receive report into mistakes on exam papers

A report on mistakes that distressed students during this year’s state exams is to be given to Education Minister Ruairi Quinn as 55,000 sets of Leaving Certificate results are finalised.

Quinn to receive report into mistakes on exam papers

Mr Quinn ordered the report in June after a series of errors were found in Junior and Leaving Certificate maths papers in the first week of the exams.

The results will be collected by Leaving Cert students on Wednesday, with those hoping for college offers having to wait until next Monday to hear from the Central Applications Office.
