A second U2 track has been leaked online as fans eagerly await the band’s new album, 10 Reasons To Exist.

Earlier this year, Bono revealed the working title for the album, which is still not ready for release.

‘Leaked U2 Jam Session’ emerged last week and is believed to have been recorded some time between 2011 and 2013.

The number features Bono scatting over a guitar riff, with the drums later kicking in and the song taking flight.

It was posted by TripleM, an Australian radio station.

The latest recording was posted on YouTube by ‘Chad The Wrestle Maniac’ and starts with The Edge playing guitar while Bono adds lyrics.

The piece has a slow rhythmic build-up, with Bono sounding in fine form vocally.

Speaking late last year about the new album, Bono declared: “We don’t care how long it takes, as long as we get it right. We don’t care if it takes 10 years.

“We don’t care if it never happens again. We just want to get it right.”

The band have been working with producers Will.i.am and Danger Mouse on the recordings.

Earlier this year, drummer Larry Mullen said the recording sessions were going really well and they in fact hoped to release two new albums in 2013.

They have been recording everywhere from Dublin to New York, to the south of France, where two of the band members have holiday homes.
