Online deals industry review

Figures revealed by the National Consumer Agency show that despite the growing reputation of discount internet sites, an increasing number of people are critical of the standard of customer care offered.

According to an Amárach Research study on behalf of the NCA, three in every five Irish people are signed up to at least one online deals service.
