Artur steps up to provide full Irish for Green Army

It’s the most important job in Poland — teaching local chefs how to rustle up a proper Irish fry for ravenous football fans.

Artur Cyronek may only have spent four days in Ireland, but it was enough time to realise that nothing powers the Green Army better than a genuine “full Irish”.

Armed with the secret of how best to cook our sausages and bacon, he took it upon himself to spread the word to all the restaurant chefs and catering companies tasked with keeping our fans topped up throughout our Euro 2012 journey.
