Teens given suspended sentences for sex assault

Three teenagers who sexually assaulted two 13-year-old girls in the grounds of a Dublin school have been given suspended sentences.

The boys, who were all aged 13 at the time and cannot be named, pleaded guilty at Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to sexual assault at the school on Apr 22, 2009.

One of the boys tried to have sex with a girl after pulling down her trousers and underwear. He sexually assaulted another victim several times while asking her for oral sex.
