Claims Kerry is being overlooked for investment due to location

Kerry is being increasingly overlooked for industrial investment because of its peripheral location, it has been claimed.

The number of unemployed people in the county stood at 16,643, in March, according to the CSO.

Kerry Independent TD Michael Healy-Rae has strongly criticised IDA Ireland, which arranged only two potential investor visits to the county last year.
