Minister to pay respects to murdered woman’s family in Malawi

Joe Costello, minister of state for trade and development, will pay his respects to the family of a Malawian woman killed in Dublin when he makes a visit to her home country.

Rudo Mawere’s body was found stuffed in a travel bag on Blackhorse Avenue in January.

She was fully clothed, with a plastic bag over her head.
