Director rejects loan claim

A DIRECTOR of building development company Rockridge Developments Ltd is rejecting a claim by National Irish Bank that she is liable for loans of almost €10 million relating to 1.8 acres of land in Carrickmines, Co Dublin.

Bridget Dunne-Keaveney, whose husband Michael Keaveney is also a director of the company, claims she is not liable for the debts incurred by Rockridge after it failed to repay bank loans.

Ms Keaveney signed a guarantee for loans taken out by the company in 2006 and provided security by way of an investment property in her name in Lucan.
