Ex-priest in guilty plea over child porn
Oliver O’Grady, aged 63, formerly of Charlemont House in Dublin 2 but now living at a flat in Ranelagh Village, admitted to being in possession of a Dell laptop computer containing images and texts of child pornography at Dublin Airport on February 15, 2010.
He also pleaded guilty to possessing of cassette tapes with video and audio of child pornography at the Elephant Storage Unit in Tallaght, on December 10 last.
In addition, he pleaded guilty to having an external hard drive and two USB keys containing child pornography at Citi Hostel, Charlemount, also on December 10.
Judge Martin Nolan set sentencing for next January and remanded O’Grady on continuing bail.
