ONE of the biggest drugs criminals in Europe has moved to a Co Limerick village.

His arrival in the Mid-West has caused major concern for senior gardaí.

In the last eight years, he has based himself between homes in Holland, Belgium and Spain and is suspected of being a major player in the shipment of heroin into mainland Europe.
