Solution to eurozone crisis ‘fundamental’ to Irish recovery

THE National Treasury Management Agency (NTMA) expects to return to the bond markets towards the end of 2012, but says a solution to the wider eurozone problem will be “fundamental” to Irish debt being sold to international investors again.
