Garda appeal after armed raiders steal diamond rings

GARDAÍ are appealing for information on two armed raiders who took a large quantity diamond rings and bracelets from a jeweller’s and escaped in a stolen car.

The incident happened at Annerley Jewellers in Clonmel, Co Tipperary on Monday morning when two men burst into the premises while staff and a customer were present.

They spoke with eastern European accents.
