Man questioned as body found

A MAN was being questioned by detectives yesterday after the body of another man was found at an apartment complex in Co Wexford.

Gardaí were called to the Springvalley area of Enniscorthy shortly after 8.30am.

A man in his 30s was arrested and taken to Enniscorthy garda station for questioning.

He was being held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act which allows him to be detained for up to 24 hours.

The scene was preserved for a forensic examination and the State Pathologist’s office was informed.
