‘Malicious’ woman, 74, set dog on neighbour

A “MALICIOUS” and “vindictive” 74-year-old woman who set her dog on one neighbour and had another man’s trees chopped down was given a three-month suspended jail sentence yesterday.

Cork District Court’s Judge Con O’Leary said: “It seems incredible someone of her circumstances would do what she had done.”

The judge told Ann McDonald of North Eske, Dunkettle, Glanmire, Co Cork: “If there is another problem she will go to prison.”
