Two arrested in drugs find

GARDAÍ yesterday arrested a suspected major drug dealer on the outskirts of Galway city.

The suspect and another man were arrested in Oranmore.

More than €250,000 worth of herbal cannabis was seized when gardaí and Customs swooped on two cars in the car park of a business premises at Oranmore.

A bag containing 20kg of herbal cannabis, with an estimated street value of about €250,000, was found in one of the cars.

The two men, one aged 45 and the other 50, were taken to Mill Street Station.
