Airport closed until 4pm today
Aer Lingus yesterday offered its deepest sympathy to friends and families of the those affected by the accident. The airline also advised customers of a number of changes to its schedule.
Customers planning to travel to and from Cork Airport today are advised that a number of Aer Lingus flights have been cancelled and a number of flights will operate from Shannon Airport instead of Cork.
Customers are advised to check the status of their flight on aerlingus.com.
The airline has activated an online refund request facility and a change for free facility on its website.
