Meeting to finalise vote rules

Parliamentary party chairman John Browne, Government Chief Whip John Curran and general secretary Sean Dorgan will rule on whether an initial meeting of TDs will take place tomorrow.

This has been suggested, to allow the challengers to make a case to their Dáil colleagues before the vote.
