THE Corona Cork Film Festival was launched yesterday evening at the Bodega Bar in Cork. The festival runs from November 7-14.

Speaking at the launch, festival director Mick Hannigan said the festival was, once again, truly international in its scope.

“We have great world cinema and international film programmes, and we have 27 countries competing for our short film awards.
