Search for gunman in Dublin gangland shooting

GARDAÍ were last night searching for the gunman in the latest Dublin gangland shooting which took place as children played nearby.

A 30-year-old man from Ballyfermot was shot up to six times in the neck and upper body by a masked gunman as he pulled up to his house in the Foxdene Park estate in Clondalkin at 8.30pm on Sunday.

He was the passenger in a car and had left the vehicle to remove something which was blocking entry to the house. As he got out of the car the gunman walked up and opened fire.
