A CAUSTIC row between Ryanair boss Michael O’Leary and Transport Minister Noel Dempsey over the airline’s decision to pull Dublin- bound flights from Kerry airport has worsened.

Mr O’Leary said Mr Dempsey was personally responsible for the Kerry- Dublin route’s failure because under the public service obligation (PSO) contract, Ryanair should have got more compensation.

Writing in today’s Irish Examiner, Mr O’Leary said the increased costs of €650,000 were unexpected and unsustainable.
