Jarveys fail to get  injunction extension in ‘nappies’ row

Killarney’s jarvey drivers have failed to get a continuing injunction in a dispute over the use of “horse nappies”.

The jarveys had argued the dung catchers rendered the horse’s tails immovable and meant they could not swat flies effectively, causing them to become irritable and potentially dangerous.
