Enda Kenny: FF faces a ‘ferocious hammering’

FINE GAEL leader Enda Kenny has predicted the Government may fall before the end of the year, and it could be brought down by Fianna Fáil backbenchers.

Mr Kenny forecast that FF faces “a ferocious hammering” at the June 5 European and local elections and the fallout could lead to the implosion of the Government.

“I think the people have already convicted Fianna Fáil. They want them out. It’s time for a government which shows responsibility and leadership. This crowd are a faltering disaster,” the FG leader said.
