Joanne Brennan, 30, is engaged to be married next year and says her happiness would be complete if only she could have a family.

The young Dubliner and her fiance, John, would consider adoption but because Joanne was lucky enough to be left with her ovaries after her cancer surgery, she can still produce eggs and would first love to try having a child that is genetically her own.
